Top_secret

With such a variety of successful personalities and industry experts surrounding me every day, I thought it was a great opportunity to get some advice for success in business and share our top ten tips with you!

Tip number 1:
Be a leader not a boss. Simple.

Tip number 2:
Be patient; great things come to the people who wait. See someone with potential and give them your time; they will grow.

Rob Mansell, Managing Director of Cherryred Recruitment

Tip number 3:
Persistence. Much like patience, someone could have so much potential, but if you aren’t persistent with yourself and your employee’s, then how are you ever going to find that full potential.

Tip number 4:
Positivity. If you’re not positive, how is everyone else around you supposed to be positive? Positive people are more productive as well and a better office atmosphere can make a world of good.

Work with people that are a cut above the rest – find people that excel in skills that you don’t possess, and those that have the potential to be better than you in the areas that you do.
